Hernia Healed
2 weeks ago I went on a beach trip. (one of the benefits of living on an island, LOL). We played lots of games, among which were tug of war and a sprint relay. However at the end of these activities I was in pain. I felt a tightness in my stomach which I knew meant that I strained my abdominal muscles. It was probably the onset of a hernia. I simply prayed to the Lord and laid hands on my stomach, in a few minutes the pain was all gone.
Back pain Healed
I have had long standing (no pun intended) back pain whenever I stand for long periods of time. I decided that enough was enough and decided to approach God for healing of this condition.
I prayed and laid my hands on my back, commanding the back pain to go and the back to be healed. I felt lead to stretch and bend my back and while doing that I felt a vertebrae snap into place and the pain was gone. I still am standing and contending as there was some phantom pain and the pain moved (sign of a sprit) etc, but I know I am healed and I am standing in faith. I know its done.
Wrist pain Healed
As a result of the tug of war game above, I had pain in my wrist and decreased mobility/ flexibility in my wrist joint. I cried out to God and had a vision and heard God say that He healed me. The pain reduced from that point and gradually diminished until it was completely gone.
Yay God!!!

31-Aug-2009 The Deaf Hear, The Lame walk and the Gospel is preached to the poor
I went to a crusade yesterday in a rural community. If you guys remember my last crusade testimony it was at the same community.
I prayed for two people there.
One was an elderly gentleman with glaucoma. I did not see any noticeable improvement but he was very touched by the prayer and he thanked me for praying for him.
The second person I prayed for was another elderly gentleman. He had a walker and looking at him I just knew that he had faith to be hgealed. I waited for an opportune time and then I approached him. He first started to tell me about his arthritic knee but then I noticed him turning his head to the side to hear me from the good ear. I asked him about that and He said that he was hardly hearing from that ear. I decided to attck it and prayed for him several times laying my hand on the ear. Eventually the mountain moved and He could hear clearly from that ear just as good as the other one. Yay God!! That was a first for me, but God does this all the time.
I also prayed for his knee and he saw a reduction in his pain level , however the knee was still stiff. While I was laying on hands on his knee He was exercising, flexing and testing it out, even without being told so. HE was so bold in his faith, confirming the insight I received earlier.
God is soo good. This so bolstered my faith. Now I know that nothing is impossible for Him and I will be tireless in praying for and healing the sick. Blessed be his name.

I just started a new job and was working long and hard to impress my new boss. On top of that I was staying up late in the night working on some other business interests. The result of all this ill treatment was that by the end of the week not only was I exhausted but I was coming down with the flu. My nostrils were draining, I was sneezing up a storm and feeling weak and sickly. Coworkers noticed and said that I was coming down with the flu. I refused to accept that. Family members made similar pronouncements.
I realized that only God could rectify my situation. After repenting for overworking myself and taxing my body and not taking my required rest.(Ps. 127:2 It is vain for you to rise up early, To retire late, To eat the bread of painful labors; For He gives to His beloved even in his sleep.) I then commanded the sickness to leave etc.
When that didn't seem to work I tried something else. I remember Roger talking about his healing journey and how he would accept Jesus as his healer like he took him as his Saviour. I decided to do the same . To accept Christ as my healer and rest and abide in his finished work and his healing love for me. Before the end of the day all flu like symptoms were gone. I was strengthened and revived and I stopped sneezing. I was healed. It didn't happen instantly, but it was there at one point and then all of a sudden it wasn't. God did the work. To him be the glory amen.

21-Aug-2009 An extraordinary day
I was at a Christian event for a ministry I am a part of. It was an evening of Worship, Ministry of the word and Prayer Ministry.
However God was showing up from before I got there. I took a taxi to the venue and upon alighting from the taxi, The taxi driver said I know your walking with God and that these are the last days. I said nothing to Him about God, just regular conversation. I only decided to get out early because of traffic so that he could get more work.
Then upon entering the venue, I started feeling the presence of God.
I was talking to the team members and God gave me a picture of one of them in glasses. SO I asked her why doesn't she wear her glasses. She asked how I knew that because she never wears them in public. This time I just gave a generic excuse/ reason and never attributed it to God or the Holy Spirit.
I was helping to set up the equipment and one of the sound technicians came in. The Lord highlighted his right leg to me, but I didn't get anything specific beyond that. I wanted to share it then and there, but I felt like God was saying it wasn't the right time yet. So after the meeting I approached him and asked him if he had a problem with his right leg. He flat out said no. However his friend who was there said that he has problems with both his knees. Then the guy suddenly remembered and then began telling his story of how it would shift out of place and hurt and prevent him from partticipating in sports. He asked how I knew and why I was asking him and I told him that God showed it to me.It wasn't hurting him then, so he couldn't test it out . I prayed for him and released healing in both his knees. He was very thankful, but I had to leave at that moment. I know that God did something so I am greatly encouraged.

21-Aug-2009 5 year old healed
I was at a wedding and the flower girl was a little girl of 5 years old. At the reception, she kept on asking to be lifted up and had difficulty walking. She said that she had injured herself while playing and that it hurt her to walk on it. Looking on the leg it was slighly more swollen than the other. I prayed for her and spoke words of authority commanding the leg to be healed. Then later I soaked her in prayer laying hands on the leg and praying for an extended period of time. Before the end of the night she was running up and down and playing with all the kids.

27-July-2009 Healings at a street meeting
I went to an outreach/ concert in a rural district this Sunday.
While there at the concert I saw an elderly woman who had an eye problem and I thought was blind in one eye. I was moved to pray for her and so I approached her and spoke with her. She introduced me to her entire family. She had many health complaints,: pain in the hips, an eye disease, pains in her arms/ shoulders, A big growth/ fluid build up on one of her arms, swelling in her ankles etc. I prayed trying to address all of these issues. She was visibly moved/ touched by the prayer and thanked me profusely. When I asked her to check it out, she moved her hands about and said there was no more pain in her arms. The other issues were not tested at that moment but I am believing God for total and complete healing.
The second healing opportunity came for a gentleman there who was walking with a cane and on his tiptoes of one foot. It was evident that one leg was longer than the other. Upon talking to him, he told me that he was in an accident and fractured a leg several times, he said he had like 26 pounds of steel in there. anyways one of the legs was shorter than the other. I asked him to sit down and then commanded the leg to grow and it grew past the other leg. LOL. I asked him to stand and test it and he was walking better. Later that evening he threw away his walking stick. YAY GOD!!
So thats what happened this Sunday. It left me very charged though. I'm looking for these opportunities every day now to witness to people and pray for those who obviously need healing and share prophetic words and words of encouragement. I need to break out of my shell and just let the compassion of God compel me beyond my social boundaries. What an exciting adventure.

19-July-2009 Ankle Pain left
Yesterday I got prayer for healing for my ankle and to test it out I moved it alot. Today was had to go up and down a steep hill. The end result is that my ankle had a dull pain. I laid my hands on the ankle and just prayed and rested in his love and the result was that the pain in my ankle disappeared. No more pain. Yay God!!! Thank you Jesus!!!
29-June-2009 Cancer Healed!!
Someone I have been working with online for her healing just told me today that her doctor called her and told her that her cancer is healed and is in Phase 3 remission.
Glory to God.
When she was diagnosed the cancer was in her head, her kidney and in her breast.
She took chemo for it, however things never started to change until after she added to prayer to the mix.
Her doctor was even surprised at how fast the cancer was going away, to which she replied" That because you didn't expect God to be fighting for me".
It was not an easy battle and it did have its ups and downs and other complications, but God is faithful.
We both learned a lot.
After reading the forum and listening to some more healing training, I decided to release my faith and pray for her to be healed. That was this weekend. And then on Monday (today) the Doctor gave her the results.
I was so surprised and very happy.
I wonder what would have happened if I just had zero doubts before and just prayed for her then and there, before when she was first diagnosed?
Regardless of how it happened, She was once sick and now she is healed.
Once she thought she was going to die and now God has given her life, and life more abundantly.
Glory to His name!!!

15-Sept-2009 Swelling and Pain Disappear
I was on a missions trip this past weekend and a team member mentioned that she got bitten by an insect and that she had an allergic reaction and it resulted in swelling and pain in her right leg.
I felt led to pray for her at a distance, silently without letting her know what I was doing.
The next day she came to me quite surprised and exclaimed that the pain was gone, the swelling disappeared and that she has never seen it go away so quickly before.
Yay God!!!

20-Sept-2009 Bowels Move!!
I was stopped up all day. I would try all day but nothing was going. I went to church this morning and someone had the same problem. I stuck with it all day never realising I could take it to the Lord in prayer. So tonight while I was out, I suddenly realised that I didnt pray about it and that I could pray about it, instead of suffering all day. So I prayed to the Lord and I commanded things to be free. I got an impression that once I got home I would be fine. So said, so done.
God is good. He is still a healer. Nothing is too big or too small for him to Heal.Take it all to the Lord in prayer and watch him work it out. Amen!!!!!

27-Oct-2009 Bye Bye Back and Rib Pain
A friend complained of pain in her back and ribs.
She was online/ voice chat.
So I prayed , commanding pain to go and back/ ribs to be healed.
No change. She was prepared to call it a day and claim her healing and accept it by faith.
I would not have it.
She felt nothing but I felt the holy Spirit all over me like crazy.
So I knew God was up to something.
Her dad, also a Christian was in the room, so I asked him to pray for her, he laid hands on her and commanded healing pain to go etc.
No change.
Then she stated further that her ribs and back were out of alignment due to severe coughing spells.
Then I got a word of wisdom.
I remembered a healing technique I got from a Joan Hunter teaching video.
So I told her dad to pray for her again.
To lay his hands on her shoulders and command her ribs to come into place.
Hallelujah.
She said she felt something moving then.
Then she got a word of wisdom.
She felt her dad should manipulate her spine.
So she lay on her belly while her dad pulled her and she heard her back pop 3 times.
End result: She was totally pain free. Hallelujah!!! Glory to God!!!

Personal Healings I have received recently
There are two healings I have received recently.
One was from a minor stomac disorder. I had a food allergy/ heartburn. I had to avoid eating certain foods and drinking certain kinds of drinks because after eating or drinking those I would hget sever heartburn time and time again.
I went to a healing service and watched renewal services online. Plus I prayed for a couple people to be healed. I really dont know when I was healed or what was the trigger. Honestly I dont care. All I know is once I was sick and now I am healed All glory to Jesus. I have tested this time and time again even to the point of overeating. No Heartburn.
I had recurring back problems that were healed recently as well. I got healed before a couple years ago but it came back and started acting up. I went to a healing service and got prayer and I got healed. I was able immediately to lift some heavy weights no pain and I was able to stand up for long periods. No pain. I got tested a few weeks later asd the devil told me I would lose my healing if I ddint testify to others about it. I had to wrestle and fight and contend for my healing. I did feel pain , but God was faithful. The test passed and I was able to regain my healing. Still pain free. Praise Jesus!!

Weekend of Wonders
I went to the Catholic Charismatic Conference this weekend.
Highlights
1. I saw an ex boss on Friday night and we had some unresolved issues but we were reconciled by the end of the night. All Glory to God!!
2. Friday's teaching was on the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the had us pair up and pray for each other. While I was praying for my partner I felt the fire of God. While she was praying for me I almost was slain in the Spirit. I didnt feel anything grand or overwhelming but I got a huge breakthrough in the Spirit. The Spirit of prophecy rested on me in greater measure from that day. My faith for healing also rose exponentially. God is so Good.
3. There was a member of my church there every night. God let your fire come on the Anglican Church in JA.
4. Sat morning at Happening God gave me a word for Marlon a new priest
5. Sunday evening God gave me several words of knowledge, stiff neck, knee pain both which i felt. In addition he gave me a vision of an illness in a male which was confirmed later as prostrate cancer. God showed me his digestive tract with an emphasis on the lower portion. Then he showed me erectile dysfunction. Then he showed me his endocrine/urinary system and a mass/block/stone. I had no clue what all that was or what it meant. However prostrate cancer fit it perfectly. Now I need to perfect my anatomy and physiology. Amen!!
6. I think I laid hands on and prayed for like 10 people for healing. Most i have ever prayed for healing in one sitting. But I was not drained but energised.
I asked for and received prayer for my back and afterwards was doing lots of heavy lifting. No Pain. No Strain. Glory to God. I felt my back get stronger. Amen!!

God and Money
Sunday.
I went to church today and the pastor spoke on God and Money and the biblical mindset towards money versus the worldly mindset. HE said several things but mainly that we should not deisre to be rich or to seek after things or possessions. That should not be our sole aim. We should seek first the kingdom, seek Gods ways and not be worried or anxious about our needs. We have a father who loves us and cares for us and he will abundantly supply our needs if we only ask in faith.
We should give and share with others.
We should not seek to gather and store up on earth.
WE should not labor day and night for the almighty dollar.
Dont store up or save for a rainy day
Dont value savings more than others needs
What does this mean for me? For Tarik Carey?
1. I should give the money to Denise (finally)
2. I should cancel my JV with Racquel
3. I should cancel my plans to work odesk in the nights
4. I should be content with what I have and not plot and scheme and strive for more
5. I should cancel my membership in any plan whose sole aim is to make money eg Theo and mlmsp

7. Stop going to forums whose sole purpose is making money
8. No longer think of plans to make more money

1. I should give the money to Denise (finally)
2. I should cancel my JV with Racquel
3. I should cancel my plans to work odesk in the nights
4. I should be content with what I have and not plot and scheme and strive for more
5. I should cancel my membership in any plan whose sole aim is to make money eg Theo and mlmsp
6. Unsubscribe from all mailing lists whose sole purpose is making money
7. Stop going to forums whose sole purpose is making money
8. No longer think of plans to make more money
9. No longer give into family pressure to make more money

10. Write down all the things I need and Ask God in prayer
11. Continue to confess the word and stand on the word
12. Continue to share and give to others and sow seed and be kind and generous
13. Continue to trust God and lean on him and depend on him
14. When not praying or doing any spiritual activity: learn skills, languages, how to memorize and speed read, touch type, exercise etc
